Do you also do sprint coaching, training plans, and tactics education?

Yes we do. Our core business is keirin since the demand for keirin services is bigger, but our knowledge certainly covers the sprint event as well.

Question 2

Can you guarantee that I will get faster when using your training plans?

Accepted Answer

No, there are no guarantees. We think that the chance of you getting faster is very big. Since our screening of you will be extensive and the training approach that comes out of that is very specifically tailored to you. That, together with the flexibility and unlimited updates makes us very confident we can make you faster.

Should a rider have a certain level? Or do you help both beginners and professionals?

We help everyone who wants to improve, regardless of level, experience, and age. Our approach though will be very different depending on your goals and on what kind of rider you are.

Question 4

Who from your team does what? Who will I be in contact with?

Accepted Answer

See our about page for more information. In general, Matthijs will be doing most of the services and will usually be your contact person. For Japanese clients, Shin Ito will be your main point of contact, he will be in frequent contact with Matthijs. Nutrition, supplements and gym will be done by our physiologist Coen, while Laurine will have a supportive role and helps out whenever needed.

Question 5

What if I get injured, sick for a longer period of time, or stop cycling when we're in the middle of our subscription plan? Do i have to finish the full year?

Of course when there's exceptional circumstances like that we will be flexible with the remainder of the subscription and you can stop the subscription. Let's be fair to eachother!

Why is your Starter and Winner plan a subscription for a year and not shorter?

Accepted Answer

A few reasons. We think to build something great and really improve, you need a little bit of time. We're looking for riders who understand that time is needed, who trust in us, and are committed to go for it for a full year. Also, we're giving a lot of value in the beginning of the subscription, like the yearly periodizations we believe in. If you want to try out the plans, you can always decide to quit after the first trial month. After that, you'll have to finish the year. After a year of subscription, you can then cancel at anytime.
